I was just reading a survey and it was about how people responded to questions about how many sex partners they had in their lifetime. Here is some of their findings:

The answer, statisticians say, ought to be the same, on average, for any large group of men and women. But most surveys in the United States, the United Kingdom and other nations find that men report two-to-four times as many sexual partners as do women.

Are men lying to inflate their sexual reputations? Are women lying to downplay their sexual experience?

I would like to hear you guys thoughts on this and if any of you have the heart to be honest. Our first blog experiment!!

  2. Maybe this should give some of you a DOSE OF REALITY. The average for a male is 8 and average for a female is 4. Some of you are seriously disgusting, no wonder there is such an increase in STD and psychological problems.

    OK going by CDC statistical data Life time for average Male is 8. Female is 4. 20% of Males have done over 20 and 15% of females have done over 15. Average pick up artist male does 300 females , good looking male (top 5% looks) 40females (just social not a womaniser), Good looking Pick up artist 400 to 500 lifetime. Punter (guy frequents prostitutes) 300 to 800. Swingers 500 to 1000.
    A rock star like: Gene Simmons (Kiss) has done 3000 lifetime. Now most (90%) women have less than 10 lifetime partners,however 9% have between 11 to 50 and 1 have hundreds and thousands. Prostitutes brothel average 500 guys a year- 3 to 5 thousand career. Now for 26 college students average is 6 male, 5 female.

  3. Wow, either some people are lying or that is really disgusting. I’d never date/sleep with someone that had that many partners with today’s world. That’s pretty sad. Sorry, it’s frickin pointless to have sex with that many people, I say going over 15 is a bit much and more than 20 is just disgusting and pointless. I’m 21 and I’ve had sex with 9, but I’m not about to keep it up, because I don’t want to be a loose slut or have to tell my future partner I’ve had sex with that many people. Most ppl think that is a HUGE turn off. I’m in college and most guys are turned of if a girl is in double digits.

Ironically, the one night stand is the only one I didn’t regret getting involve, cos at least the emotional side of things didn’t get messy. I wouldn’t want to be a virgin, but I would choose differently if I get to do it again. I would do things more the old fashion way, instead of hooking up, then fall into a relationship.

  88. I learned what I did or did not like and enjoy. I learned that size DOES matter. I learned how to tell if a guy was pushy or disrespectful before actually getting naked with him. I learned how to give the best head on the planet. I also learned that getting to know someone before having sex generally makes it more fun. Jumping around just means you have to learn someone new each time and while that can be exciting, it doesn’t make for great sex. I learned that many guys have no idea how to please a woman.

    The chicks were because I am attracted to women as well. I’m just very picky about what women I sleep with because they tend to be more clingy and full of drama.

  90. good question. I would say about half were truly fun and ‘worth it’. The rest were learning experiences. That number also includes about 10 women. I have had quite a few one night stands and many people who’s names I never knew. I’m much more chill now but I went through a couple of wild years.
