50 Cent’s T*O*S only Projected To Sell 110,000 units…

This can’t be good news for the once unstoppable powerhouse of the music industry G-Unit Records. Their new group album TOS which was erroneously reported to have been on track to sell 700-800 thousand copies by a gossip blog is actually on track to sell a paltry 110,000 copies when compared to other G-Unit releases.

There will be some debuts, however, headed by Interscope 50 Cent posse G-Unit, which should finish just behind the big three with a one-week total of 110k for its new album, T.O.S. (Terminate on Sight), their first in five years.
Their last group album Beg for Mercy has sold over 2.7 million units in the U.S. and 6 million copies worldwide. It has been certified 2× platinum by the RIAA. Though sales are way down this is still numbers that have to be seen as a failure by any stretch of the imagination. I guess we will see after this release putters out, how the spin master 50 cent will make it sound like a victory. If there is anybody that can it is Curtis”50 Cent” Jackson.
