A fact you may not be aware of is that Iraq did have WMD as they were used on their own people. We didn’t find them because they were sent out of the country while we waited for the good old UN to get off their backsides and do something. I had been a Democrat for 30 years and I’m not proud of it but at least I look into things instead of just taking talking points from some Media hypester.

  13. While it sickens my heart as an American to see these things coming to pass. It also lifts my spirits as a Christian to know that the day of the Lord is almost here. The Bible says when you see these signs to “rejoice” for the time is near. I also do not think Obama is the anti-christ but I do think that he is who he is and where he needs to be for prophecy to be fulfilled. All we can do now is pray for a revival of our country, get off our rumps and vote for McCain and see where God leads us.

  25. The Republicans lost their power 2 years ago. What have the Democrats done for us since- besides what they have done for themselves such as a pay raise. Did you get their payraise? The only thing the Democrats want to give us is socialism which is only good for those in power, which would not be us. Freedom is something we have to work at to keep. It’s not free. My Dad served in the Air Force in World War II- Eisenhowers Headquarters. When he came back he said, “If America is ever defeated it will come from within not from outside America.” I wonder if we are seeing this today.   27. Could this be more of a photo-op… Even having the devote gentlemen move so the picture could be clear. Do we think that was a reporter or some in his camp??? The lack of sincerity makes my stomach turn. I am sure that his ‘prayer’ is not for world peace but for world power. His speech in Germany was so arrogant that it almost sounded like he was a candidate for President of the World… Well in a way maybe it is.
    America is the world power that everyone looks to when they are in trouble. (Should the Germans recall WW II?) Maybe Obama should be praying that the America left and Media do not wake up. Everyone who has been disgusted by this has to do something. If everyone can wake the senses of just one person, there is hope. There are some of those who are just star-struck, but for those who are reasonable… work on them. Make them realize that Obama’s speech and all that he does will make us a socialist nation and will decrease our sovereignty.     Has any other candidate received such attention and acclamation at home and abroad, without ever having done anything? It is certainly no surprise about the effusive democratic media coverage Obama is/has been getting and shocking coverage on his “international PRESIDENTIAL tour” as a neophyte Senator! Everyone is so politically correctly tied up, that free speech has undergone an overnight metamorphosis, as is unacceptable to question or criticize the candidate who will hold the most important and powerful role for 4 years!

    Is everyone down there smokin’ weed???

    At least the Obama campaign correctly called and capitalized on one theme: Obama stands for Change and he can’t stop changing his opinion his position!! And no one seems to care or notice!

    His inability to understand the economic symbiotic relationships that currently exist is going to be the crushing downfall of the US, on the heels of the credit, housing and gas crisis’ that are only just beginning!

    He’s going to stop outsourcing and return those jobs to America … but are Americans willing pay double and triple the prices for goods?

    He’s going to renegotiate or kibosh NAFTA altogether … well let’s see, Canada is the US predominant, stable and staple supplier of gas, only transporter of gas from Alaska (unless you want to spend billions more on an underground ocean system that goes outside the 200 mile Canadian international water border and how many years to do so?) fresh water source, amongst many other natural resources.

    Perhaps in the USA, the influential media and celebrity types are anesthetised by Obama.

    Obama is not omnipotent in Canada, we have a Conservative Prime Minister operating a minority government, as if it were a majority. He is also an astute economist, rather than a lawyer. If Obama thinks he is going to cherry pick and dictate direction, he is and will be stunned with the drastic and severe results, he has caused the US people.

    Canada has options: there are many countries with a massive and insatiable demand for oil and gas, as well as fresh water …

    What options has Obama laid out for the US when he has disintegrated a 10 year+ contract that has been beneficial for all involved?

    Does he think Venezuela or Cuba will supply you, now that you have a Black, Muslim President? (Islam religion follows the father and if he renounces it, then he has committed Apostasy, which according to the Koran, he can be killed.) How about all those environmentalists? Will they now relent on drilling because there is no consistent supply? And won’t this all fit beautifully into Al Qaeda and radical jihad’s plan to crumble the US economy?

You best weapon against a government take-over is to vote, get others to vote, drive people to the polling places, write letters to the editor, call you TV stations, register voters, call your Congress People and tell them what you think…PLEASE, just do something. If they win it is our fault. McCain’s last week has been brutal in the MSPress but he’s started doing some exciting things just recently. If he challenges Obama to a debate or anything else, write Obama and tell him to do it. You don’t have to say why. After hearing his press conference overseas…uh, uh, uh, uh,uh, uh, etc, I know McCain will kill him. Write the Republicans and tell them to keep it up because they all seem to have abandoned him to do it all himself so far. It is up to you and me to help him. The Penthouse Mag. certainly knew and displayed the worst pictures of Clinton long time girlfriend. Channel 2 said: we haven’t seent eh magazine, Channel 11 said oh is that out. we are not concerned. Channel 13 said they would look into it, and they did nothing. Now they are pushing Obama all the way. The news media is not the conscience of Americans and I really resent this and I hope enough people see through them. I run my favorite movies when they are running so many items on Obama. I can’t stand much of it, so I just turn it off. It is bad enough that President Bush allows Chaney to run things in a sense, but I like Bush and McCain both. They are think good Men, and so is Obama a good man, but I don’t like the media pushing one over the other. I really just write off certain channels for their actions.
