Shock: New Mexico Teen Girl Tasered In The Head By Police Chief (VIDEO)
It is my consensus that police officers around the world are outta hand and their terror against normal citizens needs to be reigned in and stopped.Incidents such as these are becoming commonplace and with the advent of cell phone video this problem is no longer hidden behind the blue wall of silence. The taser is a dangerous tool and should be halted until a more safer means of enforcing the law is found or police will one day be subject to retribution in these streets of America.
