“We have learned something important since the days that I served in Vietnam,” Mr. Blumenthal said to the group gathered in Norwalk in March 2008. “And you exemplify it. Whatever we think about the war, whatever we call it — Afghanistan or Iraq — we owe our military men and women unconditional support.”
There was one problem: Mr. Blumenthal, a Democrat now running for the United States Senate, never served in Vietnam. He obtained at least five military deferments from 1965 to 1970 and took repeated steps that enabled him to avoid going to war, according to records.

But interviews of the parents have surfaced, where they defend having their little girls ‘shaking what their momma gave them’ and its just plain crazy where you hear these parents make excuses for pimpin out these little girls for some dance prize.
Now kids will imitate what they see in popular culture and this will not be the last time we see kids gyrating to some hit record, the fact that they dressed them in these little hooker outfits show this was planned and not just some coincidence.

We do not know the circumstances yet, but something obviously happened that needs to be investigated before we make full conclusions.

7 Children Killed in Kindergarten Attack

(May 12) — Seven kindergarteners and two adults were hacked to death today at a school in northwest China, the latest in a string of bizarre knife attacks that has persisted despite increased security at the country’s schools.
Twenty other people were wounded when a villager wielding a kitchen cleaver burst into the privately run kindergarten in Nanzheng county and began stabbing students and teachers, the state-run Xinhua news agency reported. The 48-year-old attacker managed to escape and return to his home, where he committed suicide.

Funny thing is I just seen him on some intervention show claiming that he has beat his drug demons, well I guess he spoke a little too soon. If he did this he needs to be shot.

Former Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor was arrested early this morning and will be charged with third-degree rape involving a 15-year-old girl at a hotel in Montebello, N.Y., according to police.
The Journal News reported that the victim was a runaway from the Bronx who was brought to the Holiday Inn by a pimp, according to Ramapo police supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence. She was treated at a hospital.

Washington DC approves Medical Marijuana

The D.C. Council on Tuesday approved amendments to a medical marijuana law first passed in 1998 by 69 percent of District voters. Congress had blocked implementation of Initiative 59 for more than a decade, until it lifted its ban last year.
With Tuesday’s vote, the District of Columbia joins the 14 states across the country which already allow qualified patients to use medical marijuana without fear of arrest.
