After showing a video of the fun loving Merengue dog below, I come across the very shocking video of animal cruelty done by this dumb bitch in this video. My question is who filmed this and why did they think what she was doing was okay? People are now on the hunt for her and I believe she will eventually get caught. She just better hope she doesn’t get thrown in a river herself.
