“Stepped on my J’s” vs. “Don’t Step on my J’s” [Nelly vs A.S.E.T]

Source : Nice Kicks
Did Nelly and Jermaine Dupri steal their song \'Stepped on My J\'z\' from Memphis group A.S.E.T ?

Biting is still wack, but stealing is even worse. After discovering this on Nice Kicks, I was forced to ask the blogosphere if this was a blatant jacking by Nelly and Jermaine Dupri of Memphis rap group A.S.E.T song called ‘Don’t Step on my J’s”. Their song “Stepped on my J’s” seems to be pretty close to A.S.E.T’s version without a doubt.

Is this another case of more powerful artists and producers using their clout to steal a concept and to use their influence to fool the public into believing this is their song?

What do you guys think?
