Technically this PSA by T.I. is not part of his prison sentence but you can be sure his PR agency was all over this to try and shed his “gun-toting-thug” image and become a positive force. Why? Well that’s what happens when you sign a three-picture movie deal. Hollywood obviously likes to sign hip-hop stars but they all have a commercial/broad quality to them. There is a reason studios have been so hesitant to pick up Suge Knight’s reality show. The thuggery is just too real.
