New York, NY, 12/17/08, (Hip Hop PR Wire) — On Saturday, December 27, 2008, three of Atlanta’s biggest names in hip-hop; T.I., LUDACRIS, and YOUNG JEEZY, will be hitting the stage in concert together for the first time at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Long Island for THE HOLIDAY BASH ’08 CONCERT.
Adding to the all-star line-up, the concert will also feature New York ‘s own R&B identical-twin duo, NINA SKY as well as an opening performance by up-and-coming R&B/Pop singer, KRISTY SCOTT. Just added to the performance roster, JIM JONES of the Diplomats will also take center stage!
During the planning of this concert, LUDACRIS expressed his efforts to go on tour with other performers from his hometown in an interview with MTV News in November 2008. “I haven’t confirmed anything yet,” he explained. “It’s little talks here and there. But I’ll put it out there: I would love to do a tour where it’s me, T.I. and [YOUNG] JEEZY. Me, TIP and JEEZY would be outrageous. But nothing is confirmed yet.” The Holiday Bash ’08 Concert, will be the official prelude to the possibility of an up-coming tour.
In addition to performances by these chart-topping artists, Hot 97 FM’s own ANGIE MARTINEZ and DJ ENUFF will host for the evening with music by CIPHA SOUNDS, also of WQHT (Hot 97 FM). Prior to the performances, there will be a Meet & Greet with selected artists to give a few special fans an up-close and personal experience with their favorite performers. This concert is produced by Big League Entertainment and N’Somniatic Entertainment.
