Seven Year Old Takes Police on High Speed Chase to Avoid Church(Dash Cam Footage)

At seven years old I  was bored as heck at church too, but don’t think I would have stole a car and went on high speed chase to prove it. By the way who taught this kid how to drive? Below is the full video and the shorter version for your enjoyment.

PLAIN CITY, Utah Police in Utah say a 7-year-old boy led officers on a car chase in an effort to avoid going to church.

Dispatchers received reports of a child driving recklessly on Sunday morning. Weber County Sheriff’s Capt. Klint Anderson says one witness said the boy drove through a stop sign.

Anderson says two deputies caught up with the boy and tried unsuccessfully to stop the Dodge Intrepid in an area about 45 miles north of Salt Lake City. The car reached 40 mph before the boy stopped in a driveway and ran inside a home.

Anderson says when the boy’s father later confronted him, the boy said he didn’t want to go to church. The boy is too young to prosecute and no citations were issued, although police did urge the father to make his car keys more inaccessible to children.

(Update# 3) Boston Cop Calls Harvard Prof. Gates A “Banana Eating Jungle Monkey” In Email

Here is the video of Sgt. Crowley, Prof. Gates, President Obama and Joe Biden in what the media is calling a ‘beer summit’.

Picture 25

Update: Here is the initial email that was sent to the Boston Globe and to members of the National Guard from Officer Barrett and he has since aplogized and as soon as I find the video I will post it also.

Picture 20

Okay where are the people who keep saying that this is such an exemplary police force and that it has nothing to do with race? The fact that the media has not pounced on the revelations that the officer lied in his report [about two black men seen breaking into a home] from the account the woman who called 911, is the most under reported aspect of this story.

via Huff Post

The fallout from the Henry Louis Gates Jr. arrest continues: the Boston Police Department has suspended an officer named Justin Barrett for using a racial slur in reference to the Harvard professor in an email, the AP reports:

After learning of the slur, Commissioner Edward Davis put 36-year-old Justin Barrett on administrative leave pending a termination hearing.
A person with knowledge of the case, speaking on condition of anonymity because the person is not authorized to speak publicly about it, said Barrett, a member of the National Guard, used the racial slur in messages to guardsmen and to The Boston Globe.

Darlene Haynes Killed: Pregnant Woman Found Dead, Fetus Taken From Womb, May Still Be Alive

Yesterday a woman beheads her newborn, today somebody cuts a baby out of a young woman’s stomach? And we have the nerve to tell what other people need to fix in their country.

Picture 59WORCESTER, Mass. — A pregnant woman was found dead in her apartment with her fetus cut from her womb, and police on Wednesday were trying to find the missing baby, which they said could have survived.

Darlene Haynes was about eight months pregnant and the child would have needed immediate medical attention to survive, authorities said.

Haynes’ body was found Monday by her landlord, William Thompson, who said a “horrifying smell” led him to her, where he found her body wrapped in bedding in a closet.

Police said the 23-year-old victim had apparently been dead for several days, and that she hadn’t contacted family or friends since Thursday. It was not until an autopsy on Tuesday that authorities discovered the fetus was missing.

“It’s horrific,” Thompson said Wednesday. “There’s no words to describe what’s going on in this building today.

JK Wedding Video Saves Chris Brown’s Career?

Picture 48As I said when I first posted this story, this is the greatest story surrounding Chris Brown this whole year, but saving his career maybe a stretch. In all the interviews he is never mentioned and he will not be contacted by any of these programs to do talk about the newly minted wedding song. If discussing Rihanna is off the table then no dice.

via Billboard

When newlyweds Jill Peterson and Kevin Heinz asked their wedding party to turn their wedding into a party the result was the latest YouTube hit “JK Wedding Entrance,” which featured the entire cast dancing down the aisle to Chris Brown’s “Forever.” Just five days after it was posted, the video was the most-cited clip according to Nielsen’s BlogPulse, and has recently passed the 10 million views mark after the “Today” show flew the crew to New York to recreate the entire event outside Rockefeller Center.

While it’s great news and great fun for the happy couple, the video also seems to have had a halo effect for troubled singer Chris Brown, whose February assault on then girlfriend Rihanna cloaked the singer in months of negative buzz. ( Brown plead guilty and received five years probation and must serve 180 hours of community labor.) The wedding video now has a direct link to buy “Forever,” which, despite being released last year, is now in the iTunes top 10. Brown’s own attempt at a viral video, a recently released apology video for the Rihanna “incident” which he calls “inexcusable,” has been viewed more than 2 million times. As BlogPulse shows, July buzz about Brown and “Forever” reach almost as high as blog discussion that occurred around the time of the assault.

[video] Joan Rivers Drops F-Bomb, Live on Morning Show!

Looks like the same reporters and set that gave Karrine Steffans some hell a few days back. Anyway Joan Rivers (the face of Botox) always seems to enlighten and entertain and have meltdowns on television these last couple of years so just adds to her collection.Enjoy.

A live interview with Joan Rivers went horribly wrong on “Good Day Sacramento” this morning — after a reporter pissed off the comic so much, that she killed the segment and dropped the F-Bomb on LIVE TV!!
It all went down after one of the reporters tried to crack a joke about Joan’s daughter — but Rivers wasn’t laughing.

Instead, she cussed the guy out until the people at the show cut off her mic … too little too late.

Shocker: Tanning Beds Cause Cancer, Deadly as Arsenic

Yawn. If those with white skin ever thought tanning beds were safe then I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.
Picture 44via Breitbart

LONDON (AP) – International cancer experts have moved tanning beds and other sources of ultraviolet radiation into the top cancer risk category, deeming them as deadly as arsenic and mustard gas. For years, scientists have described tanning beds and ultraviolet radiation as “probable carcinogens.”

A new analysis of about 20 studies concludes the risk of skin cancer jumps by 75 percent when people start using tanning beds before age 30. Experts also found that all types of ultraviolet radiation caused worrying mutations in mice, proof the radiation is carcinogenic. Previously, only one type of ultraviolet radiation was thought to be lethal.

he new classification means tanning beds and other sources of ultraviolet radiation are definite causes of cancer, alongside tobacco, the hepatitis B virus and chimney sweeping, among others.

The research was published online in the medical journal Lancet Oncology on Wednesday, by experts at the International Agency for Research on Cancer in Lyon, the cancer arm of the World Health Organization.

“People need to be reminded of the risks of sunbeds,” said Vincent Cogliano, one of the cancer researchers. “We hope the prevailing culture will change so teens don’t think they need to use sunbeds to get a tan.”

Picture 45Most lights used in tanning beds give off mainly ultraviolet radiation, which cause skin and eye cancer, according to the International Agency for Cancer Research.

The classification of tanning beds as carcinogenic was disputed by Kathy Banks, chief executive of The Sunbed Association, a European trade association of tanning bed makers and operators.

“The fact that is continuously ignored is that there is no proven link between the responsible use of sunbeds and skin cancer,” Banks said in a statement. She said most users of tanning beds use them less than 20 times a year.

But as use of tanning beds has increased among people under 30, doctors have seen a parallel rise in the numbers of young people with skin cancer. In Britain, melanoma, the deadliest kind of skin cancer, is now the leading cancer diagnosed in women in their 20s. Normally, skin cancer rates are highest in people over 75.

Previous studies found younger people who regularly use tanning beds are eight times more likely to get melanoma than people who have never used them. In the past, WHO warned people younger than 18 to stay away from tanning beds.

Cogliano cautioned that ultravoilet radiation is not healthy, whether it comes from a tanning bed or from the sun. The American Cancer Society advises people to try bronzing or self-tanning creams instead of tanning beds.

Kelly Clarkson Loses Fight Against Beyonce-‘Halo’ Like Single

via Huff Post

Kelly Clarkson unsuccessfully fought her record label not to release “Already Gone” as the third single off her new album, as the music is the same as the music from Beyonce’s hit “Halo.”

Clarkson co-wrote the lyrics and was provided the track by producer Ryan Tedder who had, unbeknownst to her, given the same track to Beyonce. By the time Clarkson heard Halo and realized what had happened, her album had printed and shipped and it was too late to omit the track.

DA wants Plaxico Buress to serve jail time

Obviously blow back from the Vick case. No excuses for this guy but he should be given a chance to redeem himself without being made to do jail time. On the other hand he should have made better decisions about his safety and known that carrying an illegal gun would be inviting negativity in all directions.

NEW YORK (AP) – Manhattan’s district attorney says he wants former Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress to serve time in prison, the New York Post reported.

Robert Morgenthau told the newspaper that Burress, who shot himself with an unlicensed gun in November, was willing to agree to spend a year in jail, but prosecutors insisted on two, the Post reported.

“We’ve always taken the position that he’s going to have to go to jail, whether by trial or by plea,” Morgenthau told the Post for a story in Monday’s edition.

Burress shot himself in the thigh at a nightclub early on the morning of Nov. 29. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and faces up to 3 1/2 years in prison. Burress has pleaded not guilty and is free on $100,000 bail. The Giants released Burress in April.

His attorney, Benjamin Brafman, told the Post he was “bitterly disappointed.”

“Now that they have drawn a line in the sand, this is going to be a battle,” Brafman said.

Burress, who caught the go-ahead touchdown in the final minute for New York in the 2008 Super Bowl, also could face disciplinary action by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell under the league’s personal conduct policy.
