There are a lot of wrongs on both sides here. First and foremost these women should not have jumped behind the counter at all to try to attack this guy over him checking to see if their $50 dollar bill was real. This probably caused to lose control defending himself and went overboard. He could of easily subdued these women and called for police. For him to use a lead pipe for two women was a bit extreme but what if they pulled a weapon on him? The truth of the matter is these women had no right to jump over the counter no matter the circumstance and brought this horrible situation on themselves.

Mickey D’s employee Rayon McIntosh, 31, used a metal bat to beat Darbeau and pal Rachel Edwards after they jumped behind the counter during a dispute over a $50 bill.
McIntosh is on parole after serving 10 years for manslaughter for shooting and killing a 17-year-old classmate in 2000.
Darbeau’s mother said her daughter was unarmed and didn’t deserve the beating, some of which occurred while she was helpless on the floor.
“Our concern is the background checks they do at McDonald’s,” the mother said of McIntosh’s employment.
“I believe in second chances. But maybe they should not put people with violent backgrounds dealing with customers.”
A McDonald’s spokeswoman said its franchisee was fully cooperating with authorities. “We strive to ensure that our McDonald’s restaurants are safe and welcoming for our customers,” she said.
McIntosh is being held on an assault charge. Darbeau and Edwards were charged with menacing, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
“My daughter is just your average 24-year-old,” her mother said. “She’s fun-loving and full of life. We just want our daughter back the way she was.
“We don’t know if she will recover. We are just praying for her.”

I feel sorry for the dude, I really do. He was at work when he was attacked by these two hood rat lesbians ( one who thought she was man enough to hit another man ) and as a result of him defending himself they were hurt. So in America , it is a crime to defend yourself now. They are going to crucify this guy because he did jail time for a violent crime, but he has since did his time and was trying to turn his life around and was at WORK. These two animals verbally abused the man , than attacked him , then pursued him behind the register to assault him AT HIS PLACE OF WORK…….How was he suppose to know what their intentions were. He was right in beating them and with whatever force he felt was suitable…..honestly I may have done worst. McDonalds is full of shit too, why don’t they stand up for their employee WHO WAS ATTACKED AT WORK, regardless of his pass. They are in fear of backlash from the gay community because gay people can not do any wrong and are always right no matter the situation. Poor guy is just a victim of a circumstance. This world is sick one can not even defend themselves from oncoming danger anymore.

Sad part is the women should have never jump over the counter EVER! That man have a problem with self contral and they made him loss contral. 10 years in jail tell it all he snapped. Is it right no did he go over board YES. Did they bring it on themselves YES. People seem to think they can do anything to people behide a counter. I see people saying all kind of things to workers at malls and food places. We have to remember to pick our battle right cause u never no a persons pass. I pray the young ladies recover from this and I also pray this man get himself some help!
