We have seen this before and frankly this happens all too often at places who have food exposed when it closes. Sadly somebody probably ate that the next morning.

A Russian pizza shop has been shut down after a disgusted customer filmed three huge rats nibbling and scurrying all over the displayed food.
Evgeny Ivanov, 26, discovered the health hazard at a fast food restaurant at a bus station in Nizhny Novogorad, Russia, according to the Mirror.
The rodents climbed over various unappetizing fried foods as one critter stole bites from plastic-wrapped pizzas.
“I couldn’t believe it,” Evgeny said. “The three rats were enormous and were blatantly gnawing away at the pizzas — I don’t know where the pizza seller was.”
Needless to say, he didn’t dine there.
A spokesman for the unnamed pizza store said the shop is questioning its sales assistants why they did not notify management about the rodent problem.
“We are aware of the situation and are taking measures to remove the rats permanently and make sure they don’t come back,” the spokesman said.
Police called the vermin a “grave danger to the public.”
