A drunken, half-conscious Uber passenger was arrested in California after walloping his driver during a chaotic melee caught on surveillance camera on Friday.
Driver Edward Caban told police in Costa Mesa that unruly passenger Ben Golden refused to wear a seatbelt, continuously passed out and gave unintelligible directions, according to WPTV.
“I don’t feel safe driving for Uber anymore,” Caban told the West Palm Beach NBC affiliate, adding he was quitting the tech-savvy car service after the violent outbreak.
