Charlie Murphy, Eddie’s older brother, and a very successful and popular stand-up comedian in his own right … TMZ has learned.
According to Charlie’s manager, he died from leukemia Wednesday morning in a NYC hospital. He’d been going undergoing chemotherapy.

Dr. David Dao was charged in 2005 with 98 felony drug counts for illegally prescribing and trafficking painkillers. Prosecutors claimed Dao fraudulently filled prescriptions for hydocodone, Oxycontin and Percocet.
Dr. Dao was also convicted on 6 felony counts of obtaining drugs by fraud and deceit and in 2005 was given 5 years probation.

Feds investigating Chris Brown and Lil Wayne ties to incarcerated drug dealer

Miami music producer Harrison Garcia, on trial for federal drug charges, used Instagram to upload photos of himself posing with exotic cars, stacks of cash, and rappers Chris Brown and Lil Wayne.
But investigators believe he did more than just party with the hip-hop stars.
Federal authorities on Thursday revealed they are investigating a $15,000 wire transfer last year from Brown to the bank account of Garcia, who boasted that the money was for drugs and the popular cough syrup-and-soda known as “lean.” And Garcia, when he was first arrested last October, confessed that he sold Lil Wayne “a lot of narcotics,” a federal agent testified on Thursday in Garcia’s trial for drug dealing.
Pressed for more details by Garcia’s defense attorney, the agent declined to say more.

Mysonne opened up about a line about Future in a recent freestyle with Funk Flex, where he rapped, “Future said: ‘God blessin all the trap n****s’ / I got a question for that: “Where u at n***a?” He explained that he was speaking about the lyrics in Future’s music where he raps about the riches of the street life without talking about the pitfalls and consequences.
He went on to explain the difference in lyrics from Pusha T and Jay Z, who explain what will happen if you decide to go down the road of selling drugs, but Mysonne said that similar messages aren’t made in Future’s songs.
