Is this really news? We are over as a society if this is really being spoke about to this length in the media. I guess Oprah had to go for the ratings grab too.
First came the Dub Zero. Second, the Spiz’ike. A third time is no surprise from Jordan Brand. The latest hybrid from the Jordan camp is the 6 Rings model. This shoe is a clash of every sneaker His Airness wore while stacking up those Championship rings in the 90’s for the Chicago Bulls, not to mention some of Designer Tinker Hatfield’s best work. We can clearly see a mixture of the Jordan VI, VII, VIII and XI, XII, XIII. The first color way to release will be a Concord AJXI inspired masterpiece with another Black/Red (pictured) version in full production form set to release after. Expect these to hit Jordan Accounts starting November.

To all my sneaker fanatics the 23rd edition of possibly the world’s most famous sneaker, the Air Jordan is being prepped for release on the 25th of January. This shoe is said to be the most innovative sneaker on the planet, as close to a “green” shoe as you can get. The first color scheme will be white, titanium and university blue and there will only be 23 pairs sent to the top 23 Jordan accounts amounted to a total of 529 pairs in production priced at $230. Outside of the states only 529 pair will be produced officially making this the most coveted, exclusive collective pair of J’s you can even get your paws on. There will be many more versions of the AJXX3 debuting at a later date, possibly carrying the brand through the rest of the year.
These joints will be dropping on February 16th in time for the 2008 NBA All Star Game
With the Air Jordan series of signature shoes hitting the iconic 23 next year, a series of Countdown Packages are slated to drop. The premise theme behind each pack are to include Air Jordans which together add up to 23.
The first release will include the Shadow X Retro and the White/Black XIII. With the end of retro’s perhaps in sight, this may prove to be a hot commodity. This first pack will release January 1st at Niketowns and Jordan Urban Accounts with a suggested retail of $310 USD. However Japanese retailer essense has offered a pre-order.
