Here are the ingredients to Taco Bell’s so-called ‘Beef’

By now you must have heard about the lawsuit to stop Taco Bell from advertising any of their products as being beef due to it being only 35% beef and a bunch of other stuff. Gizmodo has an informative breakdown of what you(not me) are actually eating.

[video] Puberty now hitting 7- year- old girls

They make a good point about the hormones in milk making these girls body develop much earlier in life which leads them to be sexually active and sought out by older men. I myself have seen girls 14 who have bodies like grown women, so I agree with the doctor on that point strongly. It is not just milk either alot of our foods are pumped with hormones.

Dr. Ivor Horn says that higher hormone levels  often found in obese girls  make them  develop breasts and menstruate as early as 7 or 8 years old.

[video] Rick Ross on Lift Every Voice

The Biggest Boss bangs a left and goes religious on Curtis. Instead of sitting down with Farrakhan and mediating his beef, he takes the alternate route and goes on BET’s Lift Every Voice and says he feels he’s victorious in his squabble with 50 cuz he has Jesus on his side. Only in Hip Hop, only in Hip Hop folks.

NY Times vs. Rick Ross

Hip Hop needs a colonic

Hip Hop needs a colonic

via NY Times

It’s hard to say when, exactly, 50 Cent crossed the line in his feud with the Miami rapper Rick Ross. The more apt question might be: How many lines are there? He tracked down the mother of a Ross associate, DJ Khaled, at work, filming her sleeping on the job. He taped himself taking the mother of one of Mr. Ross’s children to buy a fur coat. He acquired and posted to the Internet a pornographic video starring another of Mr. Ross’s ex-girlfriends.

Rick Ross must have seemed an especially easy mark — it had already been a tough few months for his fourth wall. Before he was Rick Ross, the drug boss M.C., he had been William Leonard Roberts, and last summer a photograph surfaced of him from the mid-1990s, graduating from a corrections officer academy. He denied its authenticity — until The Smoking Gun got hold of his Florida Corrections Department personnel file, which included a certificate for perfect attendance.

The facts of Mr. Roberts’s life were getting in the way of Mr. Ross’s career.

To all this upheaval, Rick Ross — who, while he has been popular, has never quite been great — has replied, improbably, with art. “I see no reason to run to the dark,” he said in a recent interview in the Manhattan offices of his label, Def Jam. His songs aimed at 50 Cent have, hands down, been sharper and wittier than those of his rival. And the just-released “Deeper Than Rap” (Maybach Music/Slip N’ Slide/Def Jam), his third album, is unexpectedly fantastic, by far his best.

If albums were all that mattered, that would be that. But Mr. Ross’s persistence and the fact that though over the last nine months he’s been all but stripped bare, he’s emerged from the fray relatively unscathed, which indicates something much more noteworthy. Impenetrability of image, that old signal of hip-hop authenticity, somehow no longer seems to count. Continue reading

[audio] Curtis Calls Funk Flex

50cent

spotted @ nahright

Just when they were about to anoint Joey Buddens the KING of online Hip Hop beef, out of the shadows emerges Curtis Jackson, the man who has more bones in his backyard than DMX.  Now it looks like he is about to dump Rick Ross into six foot deep hole that he honestly dug for himself.  Nobody, I repeat nobody goes in like Fiddy.  He is made for TV. Here he goes talking to Flex about the bashment he is cooking up for Ross.  This could be ugly.  Oh yeah, it wouldn’t be fitting if I didn’t add that this segment of Flex’s show was sponsored by NY Corrections.  How ironic is that?

[video] 50 Cent Warns Rick Ross His Career Will Finish! “Rick Ross Ima F*ck Your Life Up For Fun. I Have A List Of Niccas I Already Did. Khaled Is A Faggot”

Curtis takes a moment to regretfully inform Rick Ross that his career will be coming to an end once he gets back from Venezuela. He is bent on adding him to his growing list of candidates for extinction. This battle should be very entertaining to say the least…

Burger King Releases Meat Scented Cologne

burger-king-burger_1207478c

Who wouldn’t want to smell like frame-broiled sirloin beef? Yeah, all the honeys is checking for that (LMAO)!

via Telegraph UK

Just in time for the festive season, the company has released its very own men’s body spray, Flame.

Not recommended for vegetarians, Flame is being promoted as “the scent of seduction with a hint of flame-broilled meat”.

While the smell itself might not inspire confidence, the price will.

Flame is on sale for the credit crunch-busting sum of just $3.99 (£2.65), suggesting the Burger King promotions department has realised their contribution to the fragrance market might work best as a novelty stocking-filler.

Flame, a body spray for men, was launched this week online and in a selection of US stores – it is sadly not available in the UK, and now even has its own website, the appropriately named firemeetsdesire.com.

The site proudly proclaims to prospective buyers: “The Whopper sandwich is America’s favourite burger,” before going on to extol the virtues of a perfume that smells like cooked meat.

“Flame by BK captures the essence of that love and gives it to you. Behold … now you can set the mood for whatever you’re in the mood for.”

Koreans Clash With Police Over American Beef

Koreans clash with police over beef

Maybe if American parents were this adamant about their babies not being fed beef on steroids than we wouldn’t be having R. Kelly epidemics in every US hood

Nearly 230 people were arrested early on Sunday as thousands of hardcore South Korean protesters rallying against moves to resume US beef imports fought running battles with police.
Riot police carrying shields used water canon and scuffled with angry demonstrators as they broke up an attempt to march on the presidential office overnight, detaining 228.

The clashes followed mass protests late on Saturday when some 20,000 people joined a candlelit vigil against the government’s decision to import US beef again after an initial ban in 2003 over mad cow fears.

“Police have taken 228 people into custody, and they are subject to interrogation for possible punishment,” a Seoul police spokesman told AFP.

NY Oil Ethers Nas In Interview Over “Nigga” Controversy

Thes Rappers Should ALL be lynched...says NY Oil

Is there a war brewing between NY Oil and Nas? There was obviously going to be some fallout after Nas debuted his first single off of his highly anticipated album, “Nigger” titled “Be A Nigga Too” and it had striking similarities to NY Oil’s previously released track, “What Up My Wigger Wigga.” Well it didn’t take long before NY Oil issued a statement that amounts to a scathing rebuttal of the “bite” and a no-holds barred assessment of Nas the man, the artist and the intellect. This is a MUST READ…

peeped @ Unkut

If you caught NYOIL’s “What Up My Wigger Wigga” last year you might catch some major deja vu when you heard the hook of Nas‘ new song yesterday. A case of straight chomping or great minds thinking alike? Unkut Dot Com asked NYOIL to speak his piece on the topic:

Nas is that nigga!

Yeah y’all Nas is that nigga with his title screen printed on a black tee repping for Niggas world wide!

I’ve always said that from time to time in the creative stream of things there comes an artist that breaks the mold. That steps to the status quo and smashes it’s protective walls as if they were building blocks. That artist like this create the atmosphere for change in whatever industry they occupy. Artist like these establish a foundation that inspires other artist to free themselves of the yoke that was the stat quo. They in their own way speak Truth to power and shine a searing light on the lies and mediocrity that blind us.
