Gonna watch this when I get some time but you guys can check this out now.
By and large the media was responsible for enabling a grand deception that misled the public into believing that Bill Cosby was the nation’s most active serial rapist as many of these women were undoubtedly caught in lies. #BillCosby
This was obviously filmed before Bill Cosby was formally charged with sexual assault.
During our hilarious – albeit serious – interview with comedian Eddie Griffin, the established Hollywood actor decided to share tales of his personal bouts with both Bill Cosby and Michael Jackson. Griffin was (and continues to be) a supporter of the two men who have faced an onslaught of ridicule for sexual allegations in numerous separate cases. “There is a systematic effort to destroy every Black male entertainer’s image,” Eddie told DJ Vlad. “They want all of us to have an asterisk by our name.” Griffin believes, like Michael and Bill, that most African-American male entertainers are singled out for their illicit behavior. “Nobody leaves this business clean,” he stated while pointing out the cases of others. “You’re not going to die clean.”
Ya’ll ready to boycott ABC ironically the same network who black audiences support in droves with the shows Blackish, Scandal,HTGAWM, and Grey’s Anatomy have solidly stood by Raven-Symone aka the most hated black woman in America after the tremendous backlash she has received for recent comments. I am also adding an interview her father did with Your Black World after her comments about her discriminating against black people with non-traditional names.
“We love Raven. She is confident, genuine and opinionated, all qualities that make her a great addition to the panel.”
You can have Kevin Hart. I am sticking with hands down the funniest man on the planet Dave Chapelle. Here him talk about a myriad of topics and make you laugh only like Dave Chapelle can. Make sure you watch both parts. Your welcome in advance. Continue reading →
At this point is she just trolling or she actually feels this way? I say its both and its high time we stop getting upset at what she says. She obviously has a white washed world view and no matter how up in arms we get that is not changing.
This story gets worse by the day. Mainstream media has put the final nail in the coffin in the legacy of Bill Cosby who obviously gave them the hammer and nails to do so.
(NEWSER) – A powerful New York magazine cover story brings together 35 of the 46 women who have publicly accused Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting them. The women—who appear on the cover and in a photo essay inside—describe how they were drugged and abused by a man many of them had trusted and looked up to, and how they felt it was impossible to come forward. “I felt like a prisoner; I felt I was kidnapped and hiding in plain sight,” says Barbara Bowman, who accuses Cosby of abusing her when she was a teenager in the ’80s. “I could have walked down any street of Manhattan at any time and said, ‘I’m being raped and drugged by Bill Cosby,’ but who the hell would have believed me? Nobody, nobody.”
Bill admitted using Spanish Fly in an old interview, so this is not surprising at all. Time to settle those million lawsuits before he goes bankrupt. Sad to see one of America’s most beloved actors go down in flames due to him essentially be a serial sex offender.
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Bill Cosby admitted in 2005 that he got quaaludes with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with, and that he gave the sedative to at least one woman and “other people,” according to documents obtained Monday by The Associated Press.
That woman and a second woman testified in the same case that they knowingly took quaaludes from him, according to the unsealed documents.
Mighty strange that she says love Bill Cosby and that he did so many philanthropic things for students to go to college yet has not spoken to him in 5 years. Seems like regardless that you would use the ultimate trump card and call him when the money was for charity.
This shitstorm has reached a new level. The mainstream media is going to continue to have a field day with this and Bill Cosby has not done himself any favors by begging the AP not to publish this portion of the interview where they ask him about the allegations. No way in hell they were gonna suppress this footage.
With sexual assault allegations gaining increasing attention, The Associated Press reviewed an on camera interview with Bill Cosby earlier this month and made the decision to publish his full reaction to questions about the claims.
In January, NBC announced with fanfare a plan to bring Bill Cosby back to television. Now, that pilot has been killed as Cosby’s public persona continues to suffer from recent and renewed accusations from multiple accusers that the comedian, now 77, sexually assaulted them. A source told BuzzFeed News, on Wednesday morning, the plug was officially pulled on the show.
After struggling to find success in a broad family comedy, NBC reached into its past in an attempt to fix that problem and made a deal with Cosby around the idea that he would play a patriarchal grandfather. Sony was to be the show’s producer, but in an unusual deal, NBC was paying Cosby directly, with a large financial penalty attached should the project not go forward.
On Oprah’s “Where Are The Now” on the OWN network, former child star Raven Symonéproclaims she is neither gay or African American and is just a colorless human who loves other humans. Everybody will not love Raven after these statements I am willing to bet.
Bill Cosby gets the same treatment R. Kelly got from The Village Voice, from blogsite Gawker, who details the many sexual assault accusations made against lovable comedian and actor Bill Cosby who is slated to head up a new sitcom on NBC sometime in the near future. I do remember these accusations being leveled at the comedian a few years back and according to Gawker’s Tom Scocca, Cosby quietly settled a few of the cases preventing the victims from speaking on their accusations of him (drugging and sexual assaulting them while unconscious) publicly any further. If any of these stories are true, I should hope everyone agrees that sexual predator is a sexual predator regardless of he is the funniest or most lovable grandpa on the planet.
So the current crisis over how people are supposed to feel about Woody Allen is on some level odd. Woody Allen’s status as an accused child molester has been a matter of public record since before Manhattan Murder Mystery came out. Anyone who didn’t think about it before now had chosen not to think about it. Continue reading →
Now I myself have loved and watched Bill Cosby for years, but I like a lot of people took exception to his recent rumblings in the media about the state of the ‘black community’. I may have disagreed with his approach, but the issues definitely needed to be brought up and discussed(we all have that older uncle or grandfather who is gonna tell it like it is whether we like it or not).
But Instead of running and hiding after some minor backlash, Mr. Cosby has resurfaced with a new cd and a virtual town hall meeting, where hopes to bring forth some Hip Hop music and discussions to “create dialogue and action”. He should be commended for his efforts while other celebs ignore issues of the same black communities they were born and raised in and were lucky to make it out.
Mr. Cosby needs you to speak out at this virtual town hall meeting on Monday On Oct. 19. Cosby and the Cosnarati Band will kick off this whole project with a virtual town hall meeting in New York City. It is presented in association with Ustream and the town hall starts at 7pm EDT (4pm PDT) on urban radio station web sites across the country as well as billcosby.com and facebook.com/billcosby.
The Cosnarati band will perform a few songs from the upcoming album for the first time ever during this event. The songs will be available at digital retailers on Oct. 20, to be followed by the album’s Nov. 24 physical and digital release.
Audience members can tweet @BillCosby before and during the live town hall using http://www.tinyurl.com/ASKCOSBY and connect with him directly at http://twitter.com/BillCosby
During the town hall, Cosby will simultaneously relaunch billcosby.com. Visitors to the site will be able to obtain the “State of Emergency” CD, its lyrics and a copy of Cosby’s 2007 best-seller, “Come On People: On the Path From Victims to Victors.”
Well after posting this story I am not to surprised at the great happening for our favorite daughter Keshia Knight Pulliam. After catching her on a brand new episode of Tyler’Perry’s House of Payne at the laundry, news broke her new reality show featuring her and her businessman boyfriend Kaseem Penn.
NEW YORK — Rudy from “The Cosby Show” has grown up, and she’s about to show off her life on cable TV.
Oxygen said Wednesday that it’s developing a reality show about actress Keshia Knight Pulliam and her live-in boyfriend, Atlanta area entrepreneur Kaseem Penn. It will explore what it’s like being young, rich, single and co-habitating. No air date is set for the show, titled “Keshia and Kaseem.”
Spotted these pics of the beautiful Keshia Knight Pulliam, who just turned 30 years young. She looks amazing and hopefully she is old enough to escape the lovable character that made her famous and get some roles with some meat to them. She is currently still riding the super success of Madea goes to Jail with anti-Hollywood wunderkind Tyler Perry. Congrats and have many more successes!

Bill Cosby has long bristled at suggestions that his pioneering NBC comedy, “The Cosby Show,” was somehow unrealistic in its portrayal of a black upper-middle-class family.
So with the Obama family set to take up residence in the White House, Cosby reflected on those statements last week with a chuckle. “For all those people who said they didn’t know any black people like the Huxtables,” quipped Cosby in a phone interview, “all I can say is, ‘Will you watch the show now?’ ”
The entertainer and comedian, who was promoting Tuesday’s release of the 25th anniversary box set of “The Cosby Show,” also admitted to being pleased with observations about the role of the so-called “Huxtable factor” in Obama’s victory.
Said Karl Rove, a former Bush strategist turned Fox News commentator, on election night: “We’ve had an African American first family for many years in different forms. When ‘The Cosby Show’ was on, that was America’s family. It wasn’t a black family. It was America’s family.”
“The Cosby Show” broke ground in its depiction of a black family during its eight-season run from 1984 to 1992. The wildly successful show kicked off a formidable comedy block on Thursday nights and helped to convert the network into a ratings powerhouse for years.
“I like what people are saying now,” said Cosby. “All the problems were not necessarily solved but were dealt with without violence. The parents made corrections, and people really enjoyed watching this black family.”
Cosby also lamented the virtual invisibility of the black family on TV today. None are featured prominently in series on CBS, NBC, ABC or Fox — and only one broadcast network series, the CW’s “Everybody Hates Chris,” revolves around a two-parent black family.
It seems the circulating stories on a rap album from Bill Cosby are true, though the comedic star is leaving all of the rapping up to guests who will join him on the trek due to be released in May.
Though no guests have been mentioned Cosby says to the AP “The subject matter? “The value of an education. The value of respecting one’s self and … giving (listeners) a chance to raise their self- esteem and confidence,”.
It appears that not only isObamaemerging as an inspirational speaker who is using his message of hope to spawn change across the country in general but he is using his time on the pulpit to address the ills that plaque black society specifically. While campaigning in Texashe was highly critical of behavior patterns that have resulted in obesity in the black home and he spoke on parents being more actively involved in their children’s school life. “Turn off the TV set, put the video game away. Buy a little desk or put that child by the kitchen table. Watch them do their homework. If they don’t know how to do it, give them help. If you don’t know how to do it, call the teacher. Make them go to bed at a reasonable time. Keep them off the streets. Give ‘ em some breakfast. Come on. … You know I am right.” Well, well lets see how this pans out. The last time someone (Bill Cosby) took the tough love approach to blacks in public he damn near got ostracized for airing “dirty laundry.” To read this article in its entiretyCLICK HERE
Bill Cosby – a staunch critic of some rap music – is set to release a Hip-Hop album called State of Emergency, which will be a sanitized, issue-oriented CD. Sources told AllHipHop.com that the actor, comedian and philanthropist will address issues like proper parenting, teen pregnancy, drug abuse, Black-on-Black crime and the dropout rate in America’s high schools. In 2004, Cosby said in a speech, “Your dirty laundry gets out of school at 2:30 every day, it’s cursing and calling each other [the N-word] as they’re walking up and down the street. They think they’re hip. They can’t read. They can’t write. They’re laughing and giggling, and they’re going nowhere.” Cosby’s album will not contain any profane language, nor will it offer any denigrating comments towards women. State of Emergency would be the 35th album for the legendary comedian, actor, who released his first album Bill Cosby is a Very Funny Fellow in 1963. Whether or not Cosby will work with rappers on his lyrical flow or his musical selection was not known at press time.
The Broad Street Bully Beanie Sigel was promptly imprisoned for one day following his second probation violation. Sigel well also have to sweat it out in a halfway house for six months as well as see his probation get extended by 18 months. Bean’s can be heard on Whoo Kid’s radio show the other day boasting that he was laying low in anticipation of his probation finishing up in weeks. The judge is citing an unauthorized trip to Atlantic City and association with a felon as grounds upon which he is violating the Philly rapper. The 33 year old Roc-a-Fella artist could’ve recieved up to three to nine months in prison for the violation. The judge acknowledged Beans recent community work that was done alongside Bill Cosby recently, but added “If they’re looking at you as a role model, you’ve got to do the right thing,” according to U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick. For more on these breaking developmentsCLICK HERE
Editor’s Note: All of this comes on the heels of Beans putting up lackluster numbers for his latest effort, The Solution that Beans claims was under promoted. His stint in a halfway house effectively minimizes any chance Beans had of promoting his album and blowing life back into the project.
