I’ve decided to write this because I felt that it was much more conducive to do than a social media rant.

It’s Sunday, October 9th, 2016 7:02 pm and I just want to start this by saying that at this point, I’m over social media, and I’m over the cyber mafia known as “Black Feminism”.
I‘m to the point where if I even see another black woman with “feminist” in her bio, I assume that she’s petty and that I should not associate with her publicly or privately.
If you haven’t seen/read the news already, Birth of A Nation has flopped in the box office and we have black feminism, which is just fancy cyber vernacular for “I hate black men because I always choose the wrong types of black men to entertain” and their male minions to thank.
This is pretty unfortunate to say, as a woman, especially in the world we live in where there is much negative stigma attached to being a black woman and being a black woman myself.

Chicago now has more MURDERS than NYC and LA combined in 2016

Over the Labor Day weekend, Chicago hit a deadly milestone with its 500th recorded homicide of the year. According to The Chicago Tribune, the Windy City has now logged more homicides than New York City and Los Angeles combined in 2016 and is on pace to reach a homicide level that has not been seen for over 20 years. According to a police spokesman, of the 512 homicides in 2016 tallied by the Tribune, 488 fell under the jurisdiction of the Chicago Police Department. The last time Chicago exceeded 480 murders in a year was in 2003, when there were 601.

For all its talk of being a street uprising, Black Lives Matter is increasingly awash in cash, raking in pledges of more than $100 million from liberal foundations and others eager to contribute to what has become the grant-making cause du jour.
The Ford Foundation and Borealis Philanthropy recently announced the formation of the Black-Led Movement Fund [BLMF], a six-year pooled donor campaign aimed at raising $100 million for the Movement for Black Lives coalition.

“A mother who allegedly threatened police with a shotgun has been shot dead in the US during a raid over driving offences.
Korryn Gaines’s five-year-old son was also shot in a limb during a stand-off with police at their home in Randallstown, Maryland.
Baltimore County Police said the boy was taken to hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and would not confirm whether the child was struck by a bullet fired by his 23-year-old mother or police.

Another day, another black man shot and killed by police.
A Minnesota agency is investigating the shooting and wounding of a black man suspected of an assault by a Minneapolis police officer that has prompted the mayor to schedule a session Sunday evening to hear community concerns about the incident. The shooting outraged some community members and prompted a protest by the group Black Lives Matter Minneapolis, after some witnesses said the man was handcuffed when he was shot. Police have said their preliminary investigation shows the man was not handcuffed, but the investigation is ongoing.

Authorities in Richland County, South Carolina, are investigating a video that surfaced Monday showing a uniformed officer aggressively confronting a high school student. Local station WIS-TV reports that county sheriff’s deputies are investigating the incident, which took place on Monday at Spring Valley High School, according to school officials. The video, which appears to have been recorded on a cell phone by a classmate, shows a white male officer standing over a black female student sitting at her desk; moments later he grabs the student, flips her on her back, and drags her across the floor. After dragging her across the floor the officer says, “Hands behind your back—give me your hands.” The video has no additional context as to what led to or followed the altercation.

WTF was a perfect way to summon up why in the world did this female cop pepper spray this teacher and the female walking next to him when no immediate threat seemed to be apparent.

A teacher has filed suit against the City of Seattle and the Seattle Police Department after a female officer pepper-sprayed him directly in the face after a MLK Day rally.
Garfield High School teacher Jesse Hagopian had just spoken at the event and was walking past a police blockade, talking on his cell phone, when the unidentified cop began shouting at passersby, spraying them with a chemical irritant.
