Feds investigating Chris Brown and Lil Wayne ties to incarcerated drug dealer

Miami music producer Harrison Garcia, on trial for federal drug charges, used Instagram to upload photos of himself posing with exotic cars, stacks of cash, and rappers Chris Brown and Lil Wayne.

But investigators believe he did more than just party with the hip-hop stars.

Federal authorities on Thursday revealed they are investigating a $15,000 wire transfer last year from Brown to the bank account of Garcia, who boasted that the money was for drugs and the popular cough syrup-and-soda known as “lean.” And Garcia, when he was first arrested last October, confessed that he sold Lil Wayne “a lot of narcotics,” a federal agent testified on Thursday in Garcia’s trial for drug dealing.

Pressed for more details by Garcia’s defense attorney, the agent declined to say more.

Soulja Boy is now facing a felony for the guns police found in his house during his December arrest … TMZ has learned.
The L.A. County D.A. just slapped him with 2 felonies — possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was also charged with a misdemeanor for receiving stolen property … cops say one of the guns in Soulja’s house was reportedly stolen from a cop car.
The assault weapon charge is for a Mini Draco AR-15 … which is illegal for anyone to possess in California.
If convicted Soulja could face more than 4 years in prison.

Shots rang out at 1OAK nightclub in West Hollywood at around 1:30 AM Sunday … and Suge Knight was shot twice and taken to the hospital by ambulance where he’s currently in surgery … eyewitnesses and Suge’s family tell TMZ.

A source close to Suge tells us … he was shot in the stomach and arm.

Tyson Beckford, Robert Ri’chard and Apple de Ap all tell TMZ … they were inside the pre-VMA party hosted by Chris Brown when they heard 4 shots ring out inside the club.

Suge walked out on his own power … a cop spotted him and walked the rap mogul to the police car where Suge sat.  Suge was then put in an ambulance and taken to a local hospital.

Chris Brown Thrown in Jail for Probation Violation

Chris Brown has finally been thrown in jail after a ton of near misses and this news will surely bring tears to his diehard fans aptly called Team Breezy. This brother has been on a downward spiral ever since the infamous Rihanna beating case and every time it seemed like he was making a significant comeback some self-inflicted incident would derail his efforts. The State of Virginia isn’t horsing around when it comes to Chris Brown‘s debt to society for his assault on Rihanna.

Brown, 20, wearing a reflective vest and a red cap, was seen cleaning the grounds in and around a Virginia police horse stable Wednesday, part of his six-month community labor sentence.

Brown’s sentence, which amounts to more than 1,400 hours, will also include graffiti removal, washing cars, and cleaning and maintaining other grounds.

He will also serve a five-year probation sentence, attend a year of domestic violence classes and pay fines. Plus, he is also forbidden from contacting Rihanna for the next five years.

LOS ANGELES — Two police officers have been placed on leave as part of a probe into who leaked a photo of pop singer Rihanna’s battered face after she was assaulted by her former boyfriend Chris Brown, the officers’ attorneys said Friday.

Rebecca Reyes and Blanca Lopez were “assigned to home” with pay, pending the outcome of criminal and administrative investigations into how celebrity Web site TMZ.com obtained the graphic photograph, which showed Rihanna’s face and mouth with multiple bruises.

Reyes’ attorney Ira Salzman confirmed his client was assigned to the Los Angeles Police Department’s division that handled Rihanna’s beating but said she had not sold the picture.
