Good thing Halloween is months away. You’ll need that time to hone your sewing skills in the noble quest to create a Daft Punk suit of your very own. Instructables has everything you need (except the electroluminescent wire, soldering iron, heat gun, and pleather tracksuit) to build an EL suit worthy of electronic celebration. Best of all, your tutor for the course is none other than the suits’ creator for the duo’s 2007 tour. Now get moving humans, it’s time to let the robots rock the party

Hip Hop’s Hottest Honeys: Rita G

She been around on mainstream shows and magazines for years but now Hip hop can claim “the one and only” Rita G. By way of multi-platinum star Kanye West, she has has been thrust into the world of Hip Hop via the unforgettable video “Flashing Lights”.

Though many saw the video as being not related to the song, who could forget the woman in lingerie who eventually gives it to Kanye with a shovel. We had a chance to interview Rita and she seems to hold her NYC swagger quite well. We over here give Rita G the Street Knowledge Seal of Approval. Enjoy.

Okay we over here don’t get the brother Kanye West all the time. He gets a permanent pass for losing his mom  during the height of his career but he sometimes baffles the shit outta me with his statements, dress code, and wining. I briefly interviewed him one time and he seemed to be cool but he is surrounded by dickheads like Gabe who make him into an asshole. Anyway outside of the Euro sounding music he has been making of late, he seems to pick the baddest broads for his videos(check out Workout Plan and Goldigger) and Rita G is no exception. The video does not speak to the song at all but who cares she totally makes this a must see. Kudos to Kanye and please take off the weird moon boots throw on some Polo for old times sake.!!
Update: The curvaceous Rita G spoke to the good people at VH1 and dropped these gems on them about the Flashing Lights clip

“This video will go over a lot of people’s heads and it’s supposed to. I think it’s great that it does. Because Kanye is just on another level; he’s ahead of his time, in a sense. So all the third-graders who come home from school and want to watch videos and snap their fingers and all that, they’re probably gonna think, ‘That video is wack, but that chick got a fat a–.’ And that’s fine. But people in higher positions, they’re gonna see something different. They’re gonna get it, people who are thinkers.”Rita G
