Reggie Bush to be stripped of Heisman Trophy
Damn losing Kim Kardashian and the Heisman in one year? Well he still has his Super Bowl trophy and millions of dollars so don’t cry for him too much but nonetheless he should keep the award based on his accomplishments on the field alone.

The Heisman Trophy Trust is expected to strip former USC running back Reggie Bush of his 2005 Heisman Trophy and leave the award vacant, Yahoo Sports reported.
Two sources close to the trust said the organization is completing its investigation and will agree with the NCAA’s finding that Bush accepted improper benefits while at USC and was ineligible during the 2005 season, according to the report. The NCAA cited USC for “lack of institutional control” and handed the Trojans four years’ probation, a two-year bowl ban and a reduction in football scholarships.

Although Hunter apparently tried to dismantle the video by pulling the tape out of the cassette, Young was able to restore it and view the footage with his wife. This Sunday on ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’ Kim takes several blows to the face during a charity boxing match with a female fan.
“I’ve never been hit so hard,” she says in the clip.

Found this great article from my new favorite blogger Anil Dash, who exposes the reality of celebrities like Ashton Kutcher and Kim Kardashian with large Twitter followings that reach in to the millions. Though these guys have relished in the fact of cracking a million followers, Anil challenges that there is absolutely no value in running up the Twitter follower scoreboard. He gives great analysis on actually being put on Twitter’s suggested user lists and getting hundreds of thousands of new followers. Fantastic analysis and should be an article for individuals, small businesses and major corporations to read when crafting their social media campaigns.
Last week, I wrote a bit about what it’s like to be on Twitter’s suggested user list. The response to that post has been really gratifying, and I wanted to share a bit of what I’ve learned, as well some of the more interesting responses.
First, to recap: I had about 18,000 followers of my own back in October, when I got added to the suggested user list. (Let’s call these “organic” followers.) If I’d have continued my normal rate of growth, i’d have about 25,000 followers today, but thanks to being on the list, I’ve got close to 300,000 followers. Surprisingly though, I only get as many retweets and replies as I’d get with my organic number of followers.

PETA must have finally run out of actual celebrities to pose naked in their anti-fur ads. 
The animal rights group is now turning to D-list reality stars to support their cause, recruiting Khloe Kardashian for their latest nude pictorial.
Khloe, who stars with her inexplicably famous sister Kim on E!’s “Keeping Up With The Kardashians“, had doffed her duds to raise awareness about the gruesome fur industry.
The buxom brunette says she had no idea how horribly animals were treated until PETA showed her video footage of the abuse.
“The videos are so graphic but they are so necessary for people to watch,” Kardashian says. “I’m so grateful that I did get the opportunity to see them. I had no idea that’s how these animals are treated.”
The reality starlet also insists that she and her famous family won’t be sporting animal pelts anytime soon.
Well, that’s one worry you can cross off your list.

Khloe Kardashian Heading to the Slammer…Reality Bites
Rule # 4081: If you or a member of your family appear on a reality sitcom, you are required to report to County Jail at least for 24 hours.
LOS ANGELES (AP) – Khloe Kardashian’s next dose of reality will involve the county jail.
The reality show star and youngest daughter of the late attorney Robert Kardashian admitted during a July 3 court hearing that she violated her probation stemming from a 2007 drunken driving arrest, according to court records.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Kardashian, who’s featured on E! Entertainment Television’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” to surrender to authorities on Friday and serve up to 30 days in jail.

Yes we over here at Street Knowledge are just plain tired. After the SOHH fiasco story we broke, awoke to nice letter a lawyer representing Verne Troyer aka Mini Me and asking us to take down the still shots of the sex tape story broken by TMZ.
We obliged and hope that we did not cause any harm to Verne or his family. It was a cheap way to get views on our blog and we should have not followed Harvey and the crew until we investigated more. Sorry Verne. As things develop will keep you guys posted.
UPDATE 2 : MINI-ME SUES TMZ
Verne Troyer is now a mini litigant in a a $20 million lawsuit filed yesterday afternoon against TMZ, the often stupid but rarely wrong gossip site he claims violated his rights by publishing and airing portions of his sex tape.
Troyer alleges the tape was obtained illegally before ending up in the hands of the same porn purveyor who released One Night in Paris, the Oscar-nominated drama about a rich girl who sleeps with terrible men to feel fleeting notions of worth.
Surely, this whole dustup has nothing to do with obtaining free publicity for Troyer’s new film, The Love Guru, which is currently tanking at the box office.
