Prosecutors Drop Rape Charges Against Five Brooklyn Teens

What type of man has sex with his daughter? This case is extremely disturbing and this father should be arrested and this young lady needs serious counseling. The fact that she doesn’t even want to pursue charges against her father shows there are some deep rooted issues. Hopefully these teens have learned a valuable lesson and will make better decisions going forward.

“The complainant, as well as her father, provided multiple inconsistent accounts to NYPD Detectives and to experienced Special Victims prosecutors about important material facts in this case,” Thompson said in a statement.

“The complainant has recanted her allegations of forcible sexual assault and the existence of a gun, and she does not wish to pursue criminal charges against any of the defendants. She also refuses to cooperate with any prosecution against her father, who was engaging in sexual conduct with her.”

In January, NBC announced with fanfare a plan to bring Bill Cosby back to television. Now, that pilot has been killed as Cosby’s public persona continues to suffer from recent and renewed accusations from multiple accusers that the comedian, now 77, sexually assaulted them. A source told BuzzFeed News, on Wednesday morning, the plug was officially pulled on the show.

After struggling to find success in a broad family comedy, NBC reached into its past in an attempt to fix that problem and made a deal with Cosby around the idea that he would play a patriarchal grandfather. Sony was to be the show’s producer, but in an unusual deal, NBC was paying Cosby directly, with a large financial penalty attached should the project not go forward.

X-Men director Bryan Singer is accused of drugging and anally raping Michael F. Egan III, who was allegedly underage at the time. And now Singer may have company in court.
Egan’s lawyer Jeff Herman, explained that he’s going to sue for three more incidents, saying, “I’m going to file three more lawsuits Monday in Hawaii alleging three other Hollywood insiders were participating in the abuses of Mike Egan.”
Meanwhile, Singer’s lawyer maintains that this case is total bunk, saying: “It is obvious that this case was filed in an attempt to get publicity at the time when Bryan’s new movie is about to open in a few weeks.”

Bill Cosby gets the same treatment R. Kelly got from The Village Voice, from  blogsite Gawker, who details the many sexual assault accusations made against  lovable comedian and actor Bill Cosby who is slated to head up a new sitcom on NBC sometime in the near future. I do remember these accusations being leveled at the comedian a few years back and according to Gawker’s Tom Scocca, Cosby quietly settled a few of the cases preventing the victims from speaking on their accusations of him (drugging and sexual assaulting them while unconscious) publicly any further.  If any of these stories are true, I should hope everyone agrees that sexual predator is a sexual predator regardless of he is the funniest or most lovable grandpa on the planet.

Funny thing is I have a 12 yr.old son (who turns 13 in February) and I am trying to how he could be sexually attractive to a grown woman. He is very handsome kid but a kid nonetheless. Kristy Sanchez-Trujillo, a 33-year-old social studies teacher at Jimmy Carter High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been charged with rape after she confided to a fellow teacher that she was having sex with one of her 13-year-old male students. That teacher contacted the authorities.

Sanchez-Trujillo has been fired and the revelation of her sexual misconduct has sent shockwaves through the community.

South African men are ‘raping women to cure them of being lesbians’

Lesbians living in South Africa are being raped by men who believe it will ‘cure’  them of their sexual orientation, a report has revealed.

Women are reporting a rising tide of brutal homophobic attacks and murders and the widespread use of ‘corrective’  rape as a form of punishment.

The report, commissioned by international NGO ActionAid, called for South Africa’s criminal justice system to recognise the rapes as hate crimes as police are reportedly failing to take action over the spiralling violence.

The extent of the brutality became clear when Eudy Simelane, former star of South Africa’s national female football squad, became one of the victims last April.

Simelane, one of the first women to live openly as a lesbian and an equality rights campaigner, was gang-raped and beaten before being stabbed to death 25 times in the face, chest and legs.

Triangle, a gay rights organisation, said it deals with up to 10 new cases of ‘corrective rape’ every week.

Support groups claim an increasingly macho political environment led to inaction over attacks.

A statement released by South Africa’s national prosecuting authority said: ‘While hate crimes – especially of a sexual nature – are rife, it is not something that the South African government has prioritised as a specific project.’

Brazilian girl, 9, to abort twins

A NINE-year-old girl pregnant after years of alleged sexual abuse by her stepfather is likely to abort twins she is carrying in a case that has shocked Brazil, reports in Sao Paulo said.

The Brazilian girl, who was not identified because she is a minor, was found to be four months pregnant after being taken to hospital suffering stomach pains, the news websites G1, pe360graus and the Diario de Pernambuco reported.

She was being cared for by a medical and psychological team in the Maternal-Child Institude in the northern city of Recife, close to her hometown of Alagoinha in Pernambuco state, they said.

“We don’t know if she will develop the pregnancy up to the end because of the structure of her body. It is a big risk for her,” the doctor who confirmed her pregnancy before she was taken to the institute, Jose Severiano Cavalcanti, told the Diario de Pernambuco.

“She doesn’t have a pelvis able to support a gestation of twins,” he said.

Abortion is illegal in Brazil except in cases of rape or if the woman’s health is in danger.

The institute in Recife was unable to immediately confirm information about the case.

With the Bush Administration, and thus the threat of retaliation against him, now gone, Neely decided to step forward and tell his story. “The stuff I did and the stuff I saw was just wrong,” he told the Associated Press. Neely describes the arrival of detainees in full sensory-deprivation garb, he details their sexual abuse by medical personnel, torture by other medical personnel, brutal beatings out of frustration, fear, and retribution, the first hunger strike and its causes, torturous shackling, positional torture, interference with religious practices and beliefs, verbal abuse, restriction of recreation, the behavior of mentally ill detainees, an isolation regime that was put in place for child-detainees, and his conversations with prisoners David Hicks and Rhuhel Ahmed. It makes for fascinating reading.

Neely’s comprehensive account runs to roughly 15,000 words. It was compiled by law students at the University of California at Davis and can be accessed here. Three things struck me in reading through the account.

First, Neely and other guards had been trained to the U.S. military’s traditional application of the Geneva Convention rules. They were put under great pressure to get rough with the prisoners and to violate the standards they learned. This placed the prison guards under unjustifiable mental stress and anxiety, and, as any person familiar with the vast psychological literature in the area (think of the Stanford Prison Experiment, for instance) would have anticipated produced abuses. Neely discusses at some length the notion of IRF (initial reaction force), a technique devised to brutalize or physically beat a detainee under the pretense that he required being physically subdued. The IRF approach was devised to use a perceived legal loophole in the prohibition on torture. Neely’s testimony makes clear that IRF was understood by everyone, including the prison guards who applied it, as a subterfuge for beating and mistreating prisoners—and that it had nothing to do with the need to preserve discipline and order in the prison.

My father confessed his actions on the same day that I disclosed them to my mother. And on that frightful day of admission, I watched my mother, looking for a sign, any sign that she cared about me.

The memory of my father whispering in my ear during the wee hours of the night about the beauty of my body has played over and over in my head for many years. And as if that has not been incapacitating enough by itself, having to comprehend the fact that more often than not, he had just gotten out of the bed he shared with my mother to find his way to my bedroom has just added to the realization of the painful situation.”

Judge Warns Man in Court of Australian Jail’s “Sexual Gorillas”

SYDNEY (Reuters) – An Australian court has issued a blunt warning about the sexual predators a young driver faces in jail if he does not stop speeding, as authorities struggle to stop teenagers street racing.

“You’ll find big, ugly, hairy strong men (in jail) who’ve got faces only a mother could love that will pay a lot of attention to you — and your anatomy,” said Magistrate Brian Maloney.

The 19-year-old male appeared in Sydney’s Downing Center Court on Monday charged with driving without a license, failing to stop at a police alcohol check point and driving dangerously.

It was his third time before the courts for driving offences, prompting the magistrate’s warning he would be jailed next time.

Details are still sketchy, but the American woman who is making the allegations claims to have been assaulted over the weekend. While it’s not clear, the woman may have been a celebrity friend of the Premiere’s actress wife Lisa Raye Misick.

Last night Premiere Misick addressed the allegations directly – vehemently denying them.
