This song is lit. Wonder if T.I will run to her defense after hearing this?
I know a couple of people involved in this situation so I cannot go by what TMZ says and hopefully this will be resolved and not go any further.
The Game and T.I. were in a super-tense standoff with LAPD after a VIOLENT fight at an L.A. club early Wednesday morning.
Dope song, even weirder video.
After that bullshit by the LAPD concerning his case and it being dropped after all, I am back supporting Tip cause that was some bullshit straight up. Plus this song is dope.

I guess they figured that a concert with him literally from behind bars was not apart of their marketing plans. This is his second lost endorsement due to getting arrested, the first was the ground breaking deal with Chevrolet. Damn TIP! I have added a clip of the AXE concert he did when he was released courtesy of the guys over at Rap Basement.

A rep for the company tells TMZ, “We will no longer feature T.I. in our promotional campaign” — a decision that comes one month after the company publicly stated it was “troubled” by T.I.’s recent arrest for drug possession.
T.I. signed with AXE earlier this year … he’s already been removed from their website.
Finally some good news from the T.I. camp.

It all went down earlier this afternoon — when cops responded to a 911 call about a man who was threatening to jump off a building in downtown Atlanta … the same building where Ryan Cameron’s Radio Show on V103 is based.
I guess the second round of farewell concerts have begun. Still think he needs to be figuring out a way to get out of this mess but honestly sh*t ain’t looking good homie. Here he is performing last night at some club in ATL.
Update: TMZ
Sources on the scene tell us “Tiny” and T.I. were taken to separate squad cars and transported to a local Sheriff’s station.
Both were booked on felony possession of a controlled substance.

ATLANTA -Grammy-winning rapper T.I. told fans he would stay optimistic when he heads to prison on a federal weapons conviction. The 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford J. Harris Jr., performed for a packed audience Sunday night in Atlanta’s Philips Arena less than two days before he is to begin serving the sentence of a year and a day.

Grammy-winning rapper Clifford “T.I.” Harris has reportedly requested additional time before reporting to jail next week and placement in a safer facility.
The Atlanta-based emcee reportedly made his request Thursday (May 21) afternoon.
Harris asked a court today to let him remain free while he seeks placement in a minimum-security prison closer to his Atlanta home. He claims prison officials miscalculated his criminal history. His lawyer called a 2003 incident a “scuffle” with a mall cop. A pre-sentencing report says T.I. has a “serious history of violence.” (Fort Mill Times)
Tip will reportedly serve roughly ten months behind bars. Continue reading

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Rapper T.I. will be coming to Arkansas — to serve a federal prison sentence.
T.I., whose real name is Clifford J. Harris Jr., must report to Forrest City’s low-security federal prison by noon on May 26, according to court filings. There, Harris will join 1,500 other inmates as he serves a year-and-one-day prison sentence after pleading guilty in March to federal weapons charges in Atlanta.
The rapper, the self-proclaimed “King of the South,” had faced a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each charge in his three-count indictment.
Harris will be credited for 305 days of home detention he already has served after being charged, so his stay at the Forrest City prison likely will be only two months.
R.D. Weeks, a spokesman for the prison, said Harris likely would be treated like any other prisoner coming into the facility.
“Unless there are custody or security concerns, all incoming inmates are placed in general population,” Weeks told The Associated Press. Continue reading

Prison officials didn’t immediately return a call Friday for comment.
Harris pleaded guilty to the charges after he tried to buy a stash of machine guns and silencers to protect himself after his best friend was killed. He will also pay a $100,000 fine as part of his sentence.

Like fellow superstar T.I., Kanye West has clarified that he has no interest in joining the social networking phenomenon known as Twitter.
In a recent blog entry on his website kanyeuniversecity.com, the eclectic Chicago artist launched a trademark, all caps tirade over a fake Twitter account (@kanyewest) that carried his name.
“DON’T HAVE A F****** TWITTER… WHY WOULD I USE TWITTER???” Kanye stated. “I ONLY BLOG 5 PERCENT OF WHAT I’M UP TO IN THE FIRST PLACE. I’M ACTUALLY SLOW DELIVERING CONTENT BECAUSE I’M TOO BUSY ACTUALLY BUSY BEING CREATIVE MOST OF THE TIME AND IF I’M NOT AND I’M JUST LAYING ON A BEACH I WOULDN’T TELL THE WORLD.”

In a few weeks, I will begin a one-year prison sentence for being in the possession of illegal firearms. Where I come from, having a gun is just part of everyday life. But, through this painful process of going to court and being convicted, I realized that I had to make a change. I made some bad decisions. I broke the law and will accept my punishment. With deep reflection about where my life was headed, I have begun the process of redemption, and decided that before I go to prison, I want to speak to young people about responsibility as a lifestyle.
I hope that through my mistakes, young people can begin to learn, as I did, that we have to put our guns down and start to give our guns back. It pains me inside to hear about so many of our people dying because of gun violence. Just in the past weeks, a 13-year old boy was shot in the head in Harlem, a 17 and 19-year old were murdered in a double homicide in Queens and a 15 year old was chased, beaten, shot and burned in Chicago.

Grammy winner and multi-platinum artist T.I. will utilize his non-profit K.I.N.G. foundation next week to hold an anti-gun and violence rally in Harlem, NY.
Assisting the Atlanta native’s endeavor are Reverend Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, the LIFE Camp, and the Political Swagger Foundation.
Announced as “Responsibility is a Lifestyle: it’s Time to Bury Da Beef,” the involved groups plan to initiate a “call to action to engage elected officials, community organizers, artists, and every American citizen to accept responsibility to build safer communities.”
The pertinent declaration from these organizations came after statistics from the Center for Disease Control revealed that 16 youths (aged 10-24) are killed daily from gun-related violence. Continue reading
