VH1 reps have revealed that Lil Wayne will be the subject of an upcoming episode of VH1’s Behind the Music series.

A rep for the music network told XXL that the famed show will be making its return to the small screen and so far Weezy is the only rap artist that has been confirmed to star on the hour long program.

VH1 will have a lot of content to discuss about the controversial rapper. The New Orleans superstar, who has well over a decade in the industry, has experienced a publicized bout with syrup addiction,

Weezy reached his highest level of success last year. His his sixth solo album Tha Carter III was the overall biggest selling album of 2008 and he took home four Grammy Awards, where he lead the nominations with eight nods.

As of press time, it is uncertain when the episode of Behind The Music will air.

This was a very insightful look  into the enigma which is KANYE WEST.

Kanye offers a riveting performance of “Heartless” off of his 808’s. He incorporates a blend of Hip Hop meets pop art meets soft rock and so on and so forth. He even offers up 50 some ammo by spitting a freestyle parodying himself being soft and gay.

Hip Hop’s Hottest Honeys- Candace ‘Black’ Cabrera

After being visually assaulted with repeated repeats of Flavor of Love Family Reunion I’m still scratching my head and asking why did Flav pass up on this? Candace “Black” Cabrera’s was the hood’s candidate, we was all rooting for babydoll. I mean I’m all for the “black” family and all and it was admirable to see Flav keeping it funky with his babymoms but I mean c’mon homie, you could’ve at least picked this over ‘Thing Thing.’ Flav, you get the GAS FACE of ’08. Someone email Eliot Wilson and pull his coat to some real talent, like this precious 10-year old (Gabi Wilson) that is clearly a star in the making! And let Vh1 know there is more to offer up to the entertainment world than a band of talentless washed up female rappers!

vh1_logo.jpg
Recent comments made by a VH1 executive have members of the black media in an uproar as they say the statements point to the biased sentiments that media brass have about minorities, black women in particular. Apparently in a confidential meeting VH1 Senior VP Jim Ackerman said “viewers are more interested in seeing black people in a ghetto role, black women are looked at as being ghetto and not educated” in response to the argument that VH1 should have more diversified programming. In light of the fiasco which is Flavor of Love, women protesters are looking to seize the opportunity to bring balance to the network. Stay tuned for further developments.

The contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years and older. Apparently both contests are part of a bigger initiative rolled out by MTV Networks called “Addicted To Noise.” More details on this platform will be available shortly.
