Things have not been that good in Hulk Hogan(Terry Bollea) land. After a public break up with his wife due to reported affair with daughther Brooke’s best friend, his son Nick has now been sentenced to serve eight months in jail due to his drag racing stunt that critically injured John Graziano. More below:
Nick Bollea was led off to begin his sentence immediately after Friday’s ruling. He will be on five years’ probation and lose his driving privileges for three years.
The impact left his friend critically injured and in need of lifetime medical care.
Bollea pleaded no contest to the reckless driving charge.
Graziano’s family has filed a civil suit against Terry and Linda Bollea, alleging they are liable for their son’s actions. The suit is a key reason why Nick Bollea opted not to admit guilt during Friday’s hearing.
Graziano’s family said through an attorney they were satisfied with the verdict, but wished the judge would have found Bollea guilty.
